Our evidence-based activities are created by Jennie Bedsworth, MSW, LCSW, a seasoned therapist with 20 years of experience in social services, education, and clinical work. She's a registered trauma-focused CBT therapist and has worked with all ages in inpatient, outpatient, and agency settings. She also owns The Counseling Palette, one of the most popular and comprehensive resources for printable therapy games and activities. She created Online Therapy Tools to bring that supportive and meaningful interaction to virtual and screen settings.
